研究方向:
现从事鱼类免疫与病害防控相关研究。以我国重要水产养殖品种——许氏平鲉和鳜为主要研究对象,聚焦抗菌肽、白介素等天然免疫分子在鱼类抗菌反应中的作用展开系统研究,包括:1)从“结构-功能”关系角度出发,剖析抗菌肽的结构规律,并结合生物信息学分析等方法,挖掘鱼类中潜在的、新颖的抗菌效应基因;2)从多角度解析包括抗菌肽、白介素,以及新型抗菌效应基因的抗菌机制,扩展对鱼类先天免疫分子抗菌方式多样性的理解;3)以抗菌基因为核心点展开病原与宿主的互作关系研究,揭示互作新机制,加深对感染与抗感染过程的理解。
科研成果:
以第一和通讯作者在Aquaculture、Developmental and Comparative Immunology、Fish and Shellfish Immunology、Journal of Ocean University of China等学术刊物发表SCI论文多篇,主持国家自然科学基金和山东省自然科学基金项目。
